The brain would always fight to protect you from mental and physical hurts. That does not stop you from feeling the struggle that you go through to avoid the mental break down, to not reach a place of impasse, the arduous task of not falling off the edge wears you down. So what happens when you fall off?

It’s important that you realize what’s depressing you, job related or relationship wise. Identify the reason for the blue sky in your life, and step by step get yourself out of that mood.
Go on a field trip.
Always remeber that some things are out of your control. You can’t help with certain situations and it’s okay because you just human.
Try something new, pick up something that will keep you off the edge, something serene and peaceful.
