The bacteria that live on your skin and in your shoes eats your sweat, producing an acid byproduct that reeks, according to a Japanese study. It’s a natural process, but luckily you can reduce the bacteria by creating a drier habitat for your feet.
Soak Your feet in Salt Water and Vinegar for 20 minutes, do this everyday for 2 weeks, salt pulls out the moisture from your feet.
You can also soak your feet in a bowl of tea. Get two tea bags in a bowl of warm water, soak feet for 10 minutes, it kills bacteria
Pick your socks carefully Materials like nylon can trap moisture around your feet. Cotton, however, lets your feet breathe. And if you tend to sweat more than normal, bring an extra pair of socks with you and change halfway through the day.
