Rashes appear in the form of red blisters or bumps on the skin and cause irritation and itchiness. It is a common problem, which may occur at some or the other point of time. It is not serious; however, it may become serious sometimes. The rashes may be raised, smooth, scaly or bumpy. Mild rashes can be treated naturally by applying some homemade remedies instead of rushing to the doctor immediately;
1. OLIVE OIL
Olive oil can help eliminate rashes because it opens up pores which in turn regulate the air flow on the skin and it also works as a natural cleanser. Because it is able to keep the skin condition at its normal level and work with the immune system to fight infections, olive oil works to eliminate rashes on any part of the body.
To use this treatment, wash your face with warm water and once it is completely dry, put olive oil on your face, leaving it in place for two hours before washing it off. You should do this five times a day and then three times the next day.
2. ALEO VERA
Aloe vera gel helps the skin in a similar way to olive oil but with the added advantage that you can leave it on your skin for extended periods of time, such as overnight. If you can, it is ideal to use both aloe vera gel and olive oil (at separate times each day).
3. CHAMOMILE OIL
Get Chamomile oil and apply it on the rashes to get relief from the itchiness and irritation. You can also use chamomile essential oil over the rashes.
5. BANANA PEEL
When you take a banana peel and gently rub the inside of it on your rash, you will notice a soothing effect.
