I recommend Power Yoga For any woman who wants a toned body, the workout maybe intense at first, but once you get into it, it should be a piece of cake. After a while, your body will be toned and flexibility will be easy for you. Always take a 5 minutes brake between routines with soft music in the background playing. Power yoga leaves you feeling relaxed and happy. I highly recommend power yoga for you ladies, it is so worth it, especially when I saw most of the people in the class are regulars with fit toned bodies, and their heads can actually touch the floor. Here is hoping for me.
