Boredom is the most commonly admitted feeling, people are more likely to admit that they’re bored than being sad or irritated. Most of us use activities to deal with the deeper issue, some use alcohol or cannibis, you might feel better for a while but soon the emotions may develop into a more serious problem.

1. Identify the problem, could be that you have nothing interesting to do, or you miss someone, regardless it’s important you find the root of the problem.
2. Remember The Meaning, Remember that being bored simply means nothing at that point does not appeal or interest you.
3. Do Something to Change how you feel, it is important that you work hard at getting off that feeling
